KurCraft Gizlilik Politikası

KurCraft (“Uygulama”) WeCraft tarafından sunulur. Bu politika, Uygulama bir Shopify mağazasına kurulduğunda hangi bilgilerin toplandığını ve nasıl kullanıldığını açıklar.

Topladığımız bilgiler

• Kurulumda Shopify'ın sağladığı mağaza bilgileri: mağaza adresi, para birimi, saat dilimi ve Shopify API'sine erişim anahtarı.
• Fiyat yönetimi için gereken ürün bilgileri: ürün ve varyant kimlikleri, adları, SKU'ları ve fiyatları ile Uygulamada girdiğiniz döviz fiyatları.
• Uygulama ayarlarınız ve Uygulamanın yaptığı fiyat güncellemelerinin kaydı.

Uygulama hiçbir müşteri veya sipariş bilgisine erişmez, bunları toplamaz ve saklamaz.

Bilgileri nasıl kullanıyoruz

Bilgiler yalnızca ürün fiyatlarınızı döviz kurlarına göre hesaplamak ve güncellemek, güncelleme geçmişini size göstermek ve destek sağlamak için kullanılır. Üçüncü taraflarla paylaşılmaz veya satılmaz. Döviz kurları herkese açık kur sağlayıcılarından alınır; bu sağlayıcılara mağaza verisi gönderilmez.

Saklama ve silme

Uygulamayı kaldırdığınızda otomatik fiyat güncellemeleri hemen durur. Mağazanız için saklanan tüm veriler, Shopify'ın mağaza verisi silme talebiyle (kaldırmadan 48 saat sonra) silinir.

KurCraft Privacy Policy

KurCraft (“the App”) is provided by WeCraft. This policy explains what information the App collects when a merchant installs it on a Shopify store, and how that information is used.

Information we collect

• Store information provided by Shopify on installation: shop domain, store currency, time zone and the access token needed to call the Shopify API.
• Product data needed to manage prices: product and variant IDs, titles, SKUs and prices, plus the foreign-currency prices you enter in the App.
• Your App settings and a log of price updates the App made.

The App does not access, collect or store any customer or order information.

How we use it

The information is used only to calculate and update your product prices from exchange rates, show you the update history, and provide support. We do not sell or share it with third parties. Exchange rates are fetched from public rate providers; no store data is sent to them.

Data retention and deletion

When you uninstall the App, automatic price updates stop immediately. All data stored for your shop is deleted when Shopify sends the shop data erasure request (48 hours after uninstall).
